| A: | Only an FAA approved portable oxygen concentrator such as the Inogen One is allowed onboard any aircraft. Contact Desert Medical Equipment to arrange for a rental. |

| A: | Call Desert Medical Equipment for assistance. We are available 24 hours a day to assist you. |
| Q: | Will my insurance pay for my rental equipment? |
| A: | Desert Medical Equipment does not bill insurance for services. Check with your insurance carrier as they may reimburse you for services. DME can provide you with an invoice for services. |
| Q: | Do I need a prescription to rent oxygen equipment? |
| A: | Yes. The FDA requires DME to have a prescription on file in order to dispense oxygen as it is a prescribed drug. |
