  Patients requiring supplemental oxygen while onboard an aircraft must carry with them a detailed physician statement regarding the medical need for supplemental oxygen and the approval of the use of a POC such as the Inogen One. This statement must be signed by a licensed physician. Please have your physician complete and sign the Physician Statement.
